Shipping
A $10 flat rate applies to all orders under $150 within Australia. Orders over $150 will be shipped for free within Australia.
Mass Nutrition Mackay reserves the right to change this at any time.
Local Delivery
We offer a FREE local drop off service to your home, workplace or gym within a 15km radius of our Mackay store, for all orders over $50.00. For same day delivery please ensure that your order is placed by 11:00am.
Unless otherwise authorised, we will not leave any product outside and / or unattended.
Should you request that your goods are left unattended, we will send photographic evidence of delivery but will not be held liable if goods go missing or are stolen.
Returns
Mass Nutrition Mackay want to make sure your shopping experience is enjoyable and you are completely satisfied with your products.
If you change your mind, we will happily exchange or offer store credit for an item returned in its original condition (both goods and packaging at your risk and cost) within 30 days of purchase (excluding sale / clearance items). We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Exchanges will be processed as a return and new items will incur shipping costs.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable but will be waived, only if the item returned is deemed faulty.
On the off chance you receive goods that are damaged or faulty upon delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of goods to arrange return and assessment.
Upon assessment, we will arrange a replacement item, refund or store credit as deemed by management and/or the manufacturer.
How to request a return
To begin processing any type of return, please contact us during business hours on 07 4951 2996 or mackay@massnutrition.com.au and provide your name, the order number, and the reason for returning the product.
This includes if a product you receive is damaged during shipment, is not what you ordered or you are simply not satisfied.
