Directions for Use

Shake well before use. Spray directly onto clean, dry skin and gently massage until absorbed. Apply 4–6 sprays evenly over the torso, legs, and other large muscle areas. Suitable areas include arms, legs, and other large muscle groups. Best times for use include before a training session, after a training session, or during high-intensity exercise. Apply as needed, up to 6 times daily. Wash hands after application.
